Flash SlideShow Engine ActiveX Edition geometric 7. Flash SlideShow Engine ActiveX Edition 1.0 (Development:Active-X) Size: 1638 kb, Price: $299

Flash SlideShow Engine is a powerful component to create Flash animation like slideshow with different transition and transformation effects.

Flash SlideShow Engine features:
- supports the following image formats: JPG, BMP, PNG, GIF, EMF, WMF etc.;
- an existing animation movie (swf) can be used to creating another one;
- two sound type (MP3 format): common sound and background sound not stopping during slideshow pause. Volume and balance of the sound channels can be changed during playing (Pan);
- preloader and controller (navigation bar) are embedded, but you can use custom solutions too.

Slide-shows generated by SlideShow Engine can be published at web-sites, used in standalone players or embedded to other animation flash movies. There are abilities to create as a classic slide-show so dynamic scenes in which objects move, change sizes, appear and fade.

Transition and transformation effects:
- geometric effects:
moving, rotation, scale, skew;
- color effects:
fading and appearing with alpha, color changing, bluring, glowing, saturation, shadow moving;
- mask effect:
mosaic, viscous liquid, shutters, zoom.

How SlideShow Engine works:
The "component" manages objects conventional named "SLIDES". That can be an image, text, metafile or even SWF. The slide "life" is described by Condition Actions in which can be set different transformations. Every Condition Action answers just for slide "appearing" or "fading". Also, slide can move over screen not fading or appear again after fading.

The STL File Format

The STL file format is the Rapid Prototyping industry's standard data transmission format and is the format required to interact with stereolithography machines. Stereolithography files contain solids which are made up of 3 sided facets. STL files may be ASCII or binary data, although binary is far more common due to the resulting size of the CAD data when saved to the ASCII format. A STL file describes a raw unstructured triangulated surface by the unit normal and vertices (ordered by the right-hand rule) of the triangles using a three-dimensional Cartesian coordinate system.

The PLT File Format

HPGL is the Hewlett-Packard Graphics Language designed for specifying 2D graphical information for the HP range of plotters. It was not intended as an interchange format but some software suppliers use it as such. HPGL is a command set embedded in the ROM of pen plotters to help reduce the work required by applications programmers to create plotted output. HPGL uses two-letter mnemonics as instructions for drawing lines, circles, text, and simple symbols. HPGL is the primary printer control language used by Hewlett-Packard plotters. It later became a standard for almost all plotters.
